There has been several reports that stretching doesn't necessarily help. What are your takes on this subject? Must stretching continue to be implementing in the physical education curriculum?
from what ive read steaching is good after a warm up like jogging or something i personally dont have any problem with it its not like you really break a sweat or anything i just hate doing it the day after doing heavy lift cause it can hurt slightly but then again no pain no gain
Stretching is an important part in any physical activity. From my experience stretching is good before exercise and after to help your muscles. This will get your muscles ready for exercise and will cool them down after exercising, so stretching is important.

stretching feels good..... lol. it makes me feel better before doing anything.
